Loosing weight need help

Hi guys so im 17 years old 173cm hight, weight 72kg i started going gym 2 months ago and went from 75kg to 72 right now. And i dont know what to do this is a ideal weight for my age and hight some of my friends weight 72kg but thy are not fat i got a lot of fat% so can u guys help me with what to do now! should i keep loosing weight or start working on my muscles and the fat will turn in to muscle and i will stay at 72kg and gain muscle and fat will disappear. or should i loose my weight as in fat % to about 65kg and then start gaining weight again but as in muscles ? i know 65kg is low for a 17 year old but i dont know what else to do.

right now i do 3 days then a day off and repeat

i do

First day - cardio : 300cal and muscles
Second day - just cardio 300cal and maybe some abs exercises
Third day - cario 300cal and muscles
and then forth dya i just relax at home and then repeat this process again the next day starting with day 1 again

please help me guys thanks !!!
