Hello all!
I've finally realised I can't keep eating like I did and not suffer the consequences so I've come back to SW. I'm an old hand having done it a few times since the early 90's. My weight has varied from OK to a little overweight to more than enough :cry:. After a bad few months with more heartbreak than I care to ever remember or experience again, my diet & my drinking habits have been shocking and I should be the size of a house. So for my sanity I'm back.
Just wanted to say hello to all - your posts are so inspirational and very useful. I'm going to post my food diary as much as I can to keep me on the straight and narrow. Any pointers or comments always welcomed and I hope I can do the same for everyone else.
Weds 17/6/09 - EE
B - Porridge (HEB) & S/Milk (HEA)
L - 2 egg omlette, 2 quorn sausages, lots of toms & m/rooms, brown sauce (1syn)
D - Home made quorn chilli, rice & big green salad
S - 2 x free yogs, tons of fruit
Syns - Options (2), WW Cheesy snacks (3), Fruit pastille lolly (3) Honey (2) plus above = 12
Thurs 18/6/09 - Green
HEA - 1oz Cheddar
HEB - 1oz parmasan, Ryvita Minis
B - fruit salad & m/light
L - Mushroom risotto & large green salad
D - Quorn chilli & syn free chips
S - 1 free yog, fruit
Syns - Bacardi (4), Magners Cider (7) = 11
