Hi guys. I've been reading threads for weeks. It really gives me motivation!
I have been doing sw since early august and have lost 8lb. I have slipped though and not sticking to the rules 100% but still eat well and have a sw meal for tea and am loosing weight so why change that?!
I would like to lose a stone before November so 2lb a week loss would be great! I know my meals are not sticking to the rules 100% but im going to write down anyway. I have changed my milk to skimmed and use fry light.

B- small bowl cereal topped with muller light ff yogurt. One apple
L- 2boiled eggs, small bowl homemade Veg soup. 5 cashew nuts.
D- not sure yet. Maybe homemade lasagna or chilli with added spinach
S- diet coke. Coffee. Snack a jack rice cake. Mini milk.

Exercise- 100 sit ups. Walk dog for 20 minutes. Thinking about starting 30 day shred?!!
