Oooh that looks gorgeous, going to make something similar for breakfast.

Hope your little one feels better soon.

Thanks :) it was hard work loosing it and don't want to be faced with it again so after nearly 2 stone in 28 weeks I'm on it again! I could easily see myself gaining 4 stone in total as so hungry and not exercising very much..
I found it so hard to stick to plan whilst I was pregnant I just craved chocolate and ice cream the whole time, and this 4 stone piled on so easily. I think it's great that you have found the will power to try and stick to plan now I wish I did now I'm trying to get it all back off hehe!

Enjoy your fry up for breaky it's my favourite on the plan.

Morning got woken up this at 7 by a much happier baby today, she's still all bunged up bless her but she must be feeling better in herself. So this morning so far I have managed to tidy up and clean all of downstairs, just got upstairs to do now. I have my parents and sister around for a roast today, as a treat for them helping me out with talia and bought a lovely Huge bit of beef, can't wait to eat it.

Damn iv just finished my gorgeous roast and realised I didn't take a picture. I was hectic though trying to sort it out then feed talia her lunch, then eat mine which was already cold lol. It was amazing though.

Definately agree I feel like I am always giving him food whether it is a bottle or in his highchair but he is far more important so just eat in the spare 5 mins. Just seen a pic of your little girl she is gorgeous around the same age as my monkey!
How do you make those chocolate buns?

Just worked out my syns my roast was 12: 3 yorkshire a (6), stuffing (2), gravy (2), cheese sauce (2). Then we had dessert apple strudel 12.5!!! And ice cream (6). I thinks it's safe to say to has been a flexi syn day

Haha I know what you, it's like they know when your just about to eat. Thank you she's 5 months now goes so quick. Il just get the recipe 2 minutes was off of somewhere on here.

Half a syn plain or 1.5syn each with topping!

Mix together 4 eggs, 8tbsp granulated sweetener, 2 x options sachets (play around with flavoures) 1tbsp cocoa powder and mix well!

Pour into 12 mini silicon cupcake cases and cook gas mark 4 for 15 minutes.

Cool cakes then share 50g of chocolate philidelphia ontop of cakes and chop up tiny bits of strawberry or blueberries etc to place on top.

This is the original recipe but I didn't have any cocoa powder so used another sachet of options. Also because the way they where mixed together they were flat, so next time I'm going to make them again but like this:

Seperate the eggs into separate bowls. Whisk the egg whites to a peak, mix the other ingredients in with the yolks, add a bit of egg whites if the yolk mixture gets stuff until soft and then fold in the rest of the egg whites.

Also I put natural yogurt with a white chocolate options for the white chocolate yogurt was lovely.

I'm going to make these again this week but this way and also chocolate brownies that are 1/2 syn each, I made these on Wednesday for taster night at group they were amazing.

The recipe for the brownies is very similar if you would like that the method is exactly the same as the whisk the egg whites to a peak one but the ingredients are:

6 eggs
75g sweetener (a whole tub)
60g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Bake these for 35-40 mins

They were amazing if cut into 30 they are 1/2 syn each but if u cut into 15 for 1 syn it's quite a nice decent piece, if your a chocoholic like me haha.

Thank you so much! Definately a chocoholic! Love something sweet when Toby goes to bed have a slice of the half syn cake tonight to look forward to so woll definately have to give the cake/ brownies a go

They definately have a knack for needing attention the minute your stomach rumbles. Mine is 5 1/2 months it has flown by I used the words "his birthday" this week and was mortified amd the thought of my baby having a first birthday haha

The brownies are a definate must I was gutted I didn't even get to bring one home from taster night haha.

Haha I know what you mean I bought something the other day for her and I got it for her birthday instead of Christmas as it's not suitable for her until then, I blame the sales for that.
I'm looking forward to her 1st Christmas even though she isn't going to understand and will probably be more insterested in the wrapping paper but I still can't wait.

Me too we have got him megablocks which say 1 year plus but he will probably get some use before his birthday so just giving now and then storing until he is a little older. Santa is going a little crazy in our house trying our hardest not to as like you said they dont understand but they only get one first christmas so have to be spoilt!
