Yeah my partner cooked it so he literally made it by the book but when I cook things I throw other bits and pieces in lol

Yesterday's food dirty extra easy

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEB), almond milk (HEA), apple

Lunch: jacket potato, pulled pork, gherkins and pickled onions

Tea: Singapore beef (1) and noodles

Snacks: 2 prawn crackers (3), small curly wurly (3.5)

Drinks: coffee, 1.5 litres water

Breakfast was 2 weetabix, almond milk and apple (HEA and B)

Lunch: I ate some salt and pepper bread. :-(

Tea: went out for friends birthday meal to chiquitos and Mexican mess for dessert

Aw I need to start planning properly especially now iv got I move back to my parents for like a month due to pretty much the whole of my downstairs being demolished lol, I have a little sister who loves chocolate eekk!
 
Yesterday was a bit of a right off started well, but not having any of the right food in the house kind of defeated me

Breakfast: pear

Lunch: pear and spaghetti

Tea: pasta bake (6)

Snacks: Cheetos and chocolate

Drinks: sf juice

Exercise: 1 hour hiit class

Not posted on here recently had a hectic week with moving back to my parents and also my great gran passed away on Sunday, but went to weigh in last night and happy with that

Hi yes sorry was struggling a bit so decided to just leave this for the moment, still on slimming world and have now finally got my 3 stone award aiming for my 3.5 stone now ? x
