lose weight with step 3?

This is my 3rd attempt at losing weight with CD, the first time, 2 years ago, lost 7 kilos in 4 weeks, last month, one week of ss and lost 3 kilos, put back on 1 and last Wednesday tried again and lost so far 2,5 kilos but I have cheated(2 sl. of granary bread and some full fat cheddar cheese:copon:).
NOW,as I need to lose weight (baby weight and old weight - in total 13 kilos), AND I have to be realistic: I won't be able to lose it with SS, I would like to do it with step 3 1000kcal.
ANY of you with experience of losing weight on step 3 only?
Please help.

You'll have good losses on 1,000 cals. Obviously, ketosis is unlikely, but it's still an excellent plan.

After you've been doing it a while, if you did want to move down a plan, you'll find it relatively easy :)

I'm sure others will be along shortly (or at least after the Easter hols), with some personal experience :)

i have done the 1000 plan before i decided that ss was the way forwards for me. the losses are slower (i can't tell you an average as i always lost slowly on ss, but i reckon about 2lbs a week at least) however after doing ss the amount of food you can eat feels incredible. and you can eat FRUIT!! ha. i used to choose the fruit option for breakfast, however i was quite happy with a cd bar for brekkie, not being a brekkie person really and then used to snack on the fruit throughout the day.

also, if you have the quorn option for your protein you get loads :D not that that should matter of course, ahem...

i think you'll really enjoy it, but you do have to really stick to it!! you can't have any 1000 cals and think you are doing the same thing. it really doesn't work that way and all that does is increase cravings. but followed properly? no problems :)

good luck babes.
