losing Inches

I seem to lose inches than lose weight sometimes.. I can see my body changing but sometimes the scales stay the same.. How comes this is happening? Im happy was bout it,was just wondering..
 
If you're exercising a lot, your body will be converting fat to lean muscle mass, which is denser than fat, so it can weigh the same as the fat it's replaced but in a smaller amount of space, so you lose inches rather than pounds. :)
 
As you are loosing weight/inches, then you must be exercising or workout, walk aerobics. Whats there in your daily activities ? That making you loosing inches. would you like to share? Or you are having any diet plans ?
