Losing motivation, help me

Done crap this week but my scales say i have lost, how do i get that motivation back:(
My suggestion is stay on this forum and read the posts.
For me they are really motivational!
Congrats on your weight loss and don't worry, the motivation will return!

Try thinking about the reasons why you started losing weight in the first place. Try on some of your old clothes and ask yourself if you want to be that person again. Visualise yourself this Christmas in a slinky red festive number, knocking 'em dead! ;)

And think about your health, your future, being around and doing more with the people you love.

Definately stay with the forum, I couldn't manage without it, the advice and motivation I get on here keeps me going.

Put some smaller size piece of clothing where you can see it, and aim to fit into it.

Put a photo of yourself at your heaviest on your fridge so you see it every time you open the fridge door.

Keep saying to yourself why you want to be slim.....all these suggestions will help with your motivation, good luck to you. X
