Lost 2lb!

    So this morning the scales FINALLY started moving again. I hope this is the start of them moving more regularly than they have been doing over the last few weeks. :D

    Thanks hon. I think I would have given up all hope if they had stayed the same again today. I am hoping they continue moving downwards now! ;)

    great news, can be funny how it works somehow, I have lost fairly slow and times felt like why do I bother but glad I stuck with it, going to ssplus this week then 810 next week, hope they keep moving down for you :)

    Don't trust the scales .lol
    They only fool us , its our clothes telling us the truth , from a person losing 1 pound last week and still no moment on the scales but its ok ,as my clothes are baggy , thats what you have to go by

    Thanks for all the replies lovelies. I sincerely hope that the scales continue to move down. Still feel a bit 'cheated' that I've only lost 9lbs in 3 weeks. But onwards I shall plod!

    well done stylequeen you will get there in the end sometimes it is slow for some people but dont give up its not a race but a life change .
