Lost 3lbs this week and am 1lb off losing 5 stone!!

Am very excited today as I've lost 3lbs this week on my aamw and am only 1lb off losing 5 stone!!!

So hopefully next week I will reach that target and the following week see the number 17 flash on the scales!!! wooohoooo
