Lost 4.4lbs wahoooo

Hey all, after last weeks weigh in, I was alittle disappointed but Im back and track and it all seems to be paying off.
Instead of having treats on the weekend, I have it on WI days(which I save points for) and then plan 3 days at a time and its working!!
I even had KFC last week as my treat ;)
Lets hope that next week is a loss too, even if its a 1lb!
