Lost 9 pounds the first week!

Even though I said I wouldn't weigh myself, I got too curious... The result after one week of CD was 9 pounds and I am really happy!

Hopefully the rest of the weeks will be good too :).

I am new to this forum, but it is GREAT! Thanks a lot for all the inspiration and advice! I even got one a picture from dietTicket.com to measure my progress :).

Hey, wow that's fantastic!! Congrats on a great loss!

Try not to keep weighing yourself during the week, keep it to the end of every week if you're going to, because this can demotivate you (all sorts of rubbish like water retention and TOTM makes you seem heavier than you are), and I don't want you to lose the motivation you have now!

Fab loss though, keep it up, you're doing brilliantly :) xxxx

No, I won't weigh myself more than once a week. I know I can get really obsessed with the numbers of the scale. And I don't want to loose motivation :). Maybe I'll wait a few weeks until I get up on the scale again?

The goal is to keep on the strickt diet for a month, then I am starting a new job, and need to eat lunch there (can't really bring the blender :)). I will do shakes for the other meals.

well done i lost 9lb in my 1st week, i did weigh myself a couple of times in week 1 but i have not touched the scales this week
