Lost a dress size!

    By going to the gym a couple of times a week and cutting down on snacking and take aways I've managed to go from a size 22 to a 20 in three weeks! Very very pleased :)

    Thanks everyone. I've given up on weighing myself weekly and I'm just going for monthly as with me going to the gym I'm building up muscle so it's not a true reflection...

    So excited to go the gym every time too...I've really got the bug. :)

    well done, exercise is definately the key. I've lost inches but on the scales am still the same weight. Trying not to weigh until end of the month otherwise as you say no weight lost is disheartening.

    I think it varies from person to person though doesn't it. I carry the majority of my weight round the middle so would obviously make more of a difference... :)
