A few months back I was a fiend for the gym! I'd be there every day for up to two hours before I came back to work after maternity leave, then when I started working full time I'd still make sure I managed to go there an hour a day after work and spend an hour or two there a Saturday or Sunday morning too... and now I barely ever go! Don't think I've been for 3 weeks, and I started 30DS but gave up on that after two days too.
So badly want to exercise, but can't push myself to do anything about it - how do you all motivate yourself to workout?
