I had a disastrous summer, I managed to put all the weight that I'd lost before back on. I feel so, so ashamed and disappointed in myself as I had put so much effort in SW and let it all go. So, I've now rejoined SW and it feels good to be back in control again. I just hope that my weekly losses will be slightly better this time (I averaged 1lb a week last time despite being 100% on plan ). I'm hoping for at least 1.5 - 2.0 lb a week this time. But to be honest, any loss, as long as it's consistent, will be wonderful.
