lost my first stone!! yay!

Well it has taken 10 weeks but i finally have my first stone off!! and my scales say a i am 12stone something!! i did at times this years see over 14stones but decided to get back on plan when i was 13stone 12 .........

I am so chuffed..... just got to hold it together now and not ruin it
