The link you are after is Geocaching - The Official Global GPS Cache Hunt Site Their site is free to register on, there are 2 memberships; free and paid. I started out on free. Plenty of geocaches to find in pretty much every area of the country. Once registered you can add your home location and it will tell you the caches closest to you.

And if it helps you can add me as a friend. My username on there is the same as on here. Always happy to answer any questions.

Hi folks may I join your group please? I have defected from Cambridge but have had enough of a boring lonely diet so am joining Slimming World. Can't wait! Will be able to eat with my family and socialise again! Lost 5 stone in 2009 and put 3 stone back on between January 2010 and now so can't wait to get started! Angel Delight Instant dessert powder, eg Angel Delight, dried, 62g sachet 14½
Instant dessert powder, eg Angel Delight, No Added Sugar, dried, 28g dry 6½

I made a huge mistake today and stepped on the scales in my gym, I have put on 1/2 lb and weigh in on monday :(

I have been filling in my food diary online, I was having a look around and also found those syn values. Problem is when I add them it adds the entire syn value, so take for example the Angel Delight at 14.5 syns. Thats for the entire packet. I only had 1/4 of the packet as the wife and kids each had some aswell, but the online diary wont let me add 1/4 of the syns. Its the difference between 14.5 syns and 3.5 syns (actually 3.625 syns) which is a hell of a difference.
Is there any way around this?

Hi There is a section to add manual syn valued I would imagine you would add this there

Hi furrysmudge, welcome. I don't think I would manage the Cambridge diet myself so hopefully this will suit you better.

Hiekel thank you for the link I'll look at that soon. I've had a look in my book at the back and:

Instant powder dessert e.g. Angel Delight 28g dry 6.5 syns, made up with skimmed milk - 1 level tbsp 0.5 syns

Jelly cubes: 1 cube 1.5 syn, made with water (142ml) 4.5 syns

Sugar free jelly crystals 11.5g sachet 1.5 syns, made with water (142ml) 0.5 syns

potato waffles grilled/baked 28g 1.5 syns on ee, 57g average 3.5 syns

Hash browns I could not find, sorry. Try the syns forum members with calculators or those with online membership will help you if you give them the info they need to calculate it.

Wow... What can I say? You have all had such brilliant losses! Great stuff!!

I feel awful saying this, but I had a gain on Thursday :-(
1.5lb on. Urgh. Even more so because I did really try this week... Can't get my head round it/understand why but I've finally stopped dwelling and come to' post it in this thread!

Trying some red/ee days so far this week, so far today has been;

B:
2 x wettabix,(heb) skimmed milk (hea) banana

L: homemade syn free veg soup

D: chicken, sw roast potatoes, parsnips, cabbage, carrots, sprouts, peas, broccoli, cauliflower
Gravy (4 syns)

Fruit salad + activa yogurt

I'm going to try and post in here a lot more, since after that gain, I could do will all the help I can get :-(

I need a no syns day tomorrow I think. Ive managed to hit 20 syns on each of the last 3 days. 15 today were consumed in the last hour!!!

Hash Browns, potato waffles, jelly and angel delight. Not good.

If I have 0 syns tomorrow instead of my recommended 15 will that basically balance out the 5 syns x 3 days that I have gone over? My weigh in is Tuesday.

I have been good as gold this weekend but I have loads of choc left from Christmas and boy am I tempted to dive in lol

Food diary for today
Breakfast Bacon poached egg tomato and beans and a satsuma and banana
Lunch
Mullerlight yog and fresh pineapple
Dinner
Chicken Dhansak I found a SW free food recipe for sauce on here. I had SW chips and a massive side salad. I didnt use pineapple in the sauce I left it uncooked and had it in my salad.

We had a mullerlight yog again for afters as I made the curry wayyyyy to hot lol

I am soooooo craving chocolate and alcohol but I can get through this craving and am already feeling a difference in my clothes so wont give in to my cravings lol

Yeah dont worry about it you can save your syns at least you counted them and its not a massive deal over your allowance :)

Evening all!! Hope you have all enjoyed your lazy Sunday (apart from the geocaching...that sounds energetic!) whilst I have been hard at work!!! Lol!!

Thanks Cupcake!! I was really pleased with my loss as I had actually quite enjoyed my week food wise - heres to another 100% week. So far so good.

I hear there has been lemon cupcakes whilst I was out, thank heavens I was busy, when it comes to home baking 1 is never enough.

Can someone please explain the 'community' thing to me as I am not very forum literate!!

I had one of the innocent veg pots for lunch (the aubergine one for 2 and half syns) It sat looking at me as I walked past the reduced chiller so I took that as a sign................. anyway, it was yummy! so that leaves me a fibre plus plain chocolate with almond as my HEb after the remains of my homemade curry.

I am worried how easy I am finding this at the minute, I want it to feel like that always!?!?
