Lots to lose, let's do this.

Yesterday I made my steps and ended up at about 1300 calories so all in all I'm hoping it was a good day. Have gym with my mum today, might even have a cheeky weigh in. Last week was a three pound lose, would be nice to have another lb off today, we will see! X x
