I only lost 1lb this week. I keep getting really hungry at night and having toast thinking it wouldnt do any harm, till i found out it is around 160 cals for 1 slice, maybe why i did so c**p this week.

I have decided that seeing as i get so full up after a meal but get really hungry within a couple of hours, i am going to split my meals and only have half at a time, that way i can eat the same but more often, i am hoping this is going to work.:confused::confused:
