Loups food diary

    Ok am having another stab, this time round (after today) im going to do the red and green thang - the extra easy seems to not be structured enough for me, leaving me to slip up and feel over full. i quite like weighing things :)

    I've now made a "guide" to my favourite meals to pop on the fridge so i can quickly see the syn value each day. Fingers crossed this time it will work perfectly.

    heres what ive managed to consume today (and i feel like i am going to explode!)

    Gammon slices and two eggs

    small jacket potato
    teaspoon of butter (2)
    2 mini babybells (hea)

    virtually fat free yoghurt

    spaghetti bolognaise made with lean lamb mince and about 8 portions of vegetables, mushrooms and served with pasta.

    1 x rather naughty mint cornetto that was 100% worth the 9.5syns i spent on it.

    MilkyBar (tiny one) but after the cornetto just pushed me over the edge of my syns of 15.

    and a small amount of milk in two cups of tea

    tomorrow im jumping up and getting my fat butt on the scales and im going to measure the wobblie bits
