well here goes-again.

i have been back at s.w. for about 8 weeks now and have lost 9 pound, but the last 3 weeks have maintained due to having lots of commitments, socialising. but this is it now, i need to do it this time, i have been at slimming world on and off for 3 years and have always managed to lose weight so i know i can do it. i have around 3 and a half stone to lose altogether, i would love to do it by christmas so need all the help i can get!

breakfast- 2x slices of nimble HEXB, 2 poached eggs

dinner- chicken, roast potatoes (oil 2 syns), carrots, spring greens, carrot and swede mash (butter 1 syn), gravy (3syns)

snack-2 light laughing cow cheese triangles HEXA

tea- curry and rice-chicken, cabbage, potatoes, carrot, swede, rice, herbs and spices, tinned tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapenos

juice-3 syns
 
just putting my food diary on now cos ive used syns and hEX's and i dont want to forget and over eat lol.

breakfast-28g jordans muesli, semi skimmed milk hEXa

dinner-S.W. quiche- 3 eggs, bacon, peppers, onions, 42g low low cheese hEXa, 50g philadelphia light with garlic and herbs (4 syns), coleslaw made with a table spoon of light mayo-only had 1/3 (1 syn), salad.

im really full after my dinner but need to find something for tea. im on a red day. i have quorn mince or tuna, dont really fancy salad again or an omellette-any ideas?
 
i ended up having gammon and veg for tea last night so was a good day again.

today it was weigh day i had

breakfast-banana
dinner-2 slice nimble hEXb, ham, homemade coleslaw
bag of space raiders
tea- we went for a meal and i had 3 slices of garlic bread (thin base), chicken, goats cheese, tomatoes, mushroom, rice, cream, chocolate pudding with cream

very naughty but i am on plan all week as have nothing planned!!
