love/loath quark?

I took Beki's idea and ran with it. I put some quark in a bowl, with half a pot of vanilla muller and some options and let the electric wisk run wild and free for about 5 minutes, put it in the fridge, just like angel delight - lovely!
 
I love it, though not 'undoctored'. It's so versatile, both sweet and savoury - despite our consultant saying that it tastes like sick!!!
 
verdict its likeable lol! wouldnt go as far as saying i adore it just yet :D

had a taste of it by itself...that was fine just a bit bitter.

i transferred some to a bowl and added a wee spoonful of nutella and mixed it through. i couldnt eat it all, its too thick and needs to be made lighter so need to put yoghurt or something through it to do that when having it hte next time. in the right consistency it certainly is enjoyable.

i also think its something that suits savouries more than sweets but going to experiment with it!
 
So versitle!! Really great for desserts, chocolate sauce, all flavours of mousse & ice cream.

This is a real staple in my fridge!
