Love mayonnaise? Try this

    Please dont throw rocks at me if you have been using this for ages lol but I have recently discovered

    'Lighter than Light' Hellmann's Mayonnaise

    it only has 3% fat, if you follow the colour coding for guidlines is green for go go go as it is low in everything, fat, calories and carbs. On the other hand if you look at it another way it has no nutritional value at all but when you need a good dollop of egg or tuna mayo this really fits the guilt free bill x x

    Healthy Eating/ Slimming Worldish(at home, not group).
    Love this, can`t taste any difference to full fat mayonaise. Tend to have my sarnies dry but if I do want more moisture, then this is a good substitute. I don`t even have to pile it on to get the tangy taste :0)
