Love yourself first

I'm struggling a bit with this love thing so I'll make it up as I go along:

I love my kids they're so cool
I love the fact my kids think I'm a cool mum
I love the fact that I am a mum, a wife yet I am career minded too
I love that I earn money than my husband
I love it that I too can pick myself up and dust myself off
I love my husband
I love how I look when I'm a healthy weight


Ok I didn't do to bad !!!!!! Not much physical love going on yet though!

It's a good start pearl. I'm hoping the more about myself I realise I love the more I'll actually be able to believe that others can love me too. It is difficult. Expecially when we seem to be able to hate ourselves so much easier. But why?
 
I feel bad becuase I dont think I mentioned that I love kids very much, my daughter is 20 and still comes to sit on my lap for a cuddle lol not sure that will be happening when there is less of me though lol

I also love the fact my confidence is coming back, ok so I have only lost 17lb and have a lot more to go, but its a start and a good one.

I love the fact I have had a few compliments over the past few days, funny how I deal with them in a dismissive way! Note to self: Must try harder to smile and say thank you!

Okay if you'd asked me six weeks whether I'd contribute to a thread like this then I'd have said a big "NO". But times and more importantly attitudes change. So here it goes.

1 I love my childish sense of humour
2 I love my new found waist (so does my OH!)
3 I love my adventurous cooking
4 I love my nerves when watching sport
5 I love my friends and family
6 I love my bum (tee hee)
