    LL then CD then WLR!

    Anyone know how to get rid of these? (apart from diet of course!). I have one side much bigger than the other which even magic knickers doesn't flatten. Would body brushing or the Boots pulsing machine (can't remember what it's called) help?

    Thanks if anyone knows the secret!

    I think using an exercise bike is the best answer.... doesn't have to be an upright with the narrow seat... a mini-cycle that stands infront of the armchair will work as well and cost less. As long it's one with a tension knob. 20 mins everyday can work wonders. Or just walking, not strolling, fast enough to be cardio...... and thats free. (If you got a pedometre you could join the league that Dizzy runs and post your step count everyday... gets a bit of competitive spirit and support going. :)
