I found this recipe on the BBC good food website today as needed something new and this looked lovely. It's only 1 syn per portion on red or EE, serves 4.

8 chicken thighs
1 tbsp honey
400g carrots
200ml chicken stock
1 onion
Garlic (just to your pref)
2tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Fresh parsley
Lemon

1. Fry chicken in fry light until starts to colour

2. Add onion, ginger and garlic and cook for another few mins

3. Add stock, honey, spices and carrots, put lid on pan and simmer for 30 mins

4. After 30 mins, remove lid boil hard to reduce sauce for 5 mins.

5. Sprinkle over chopped parsley, and squeeze of lemon and it's ready. :)

I had this on an EE day with roast veg cous cous and salad and it was lush! Kids loved it too

Ohhhhh I missed a pinch of saffron off, but it's only for colour and expensive if you don't have it in. £4.76!! From sainsburys!

Made this for tea the other night and it was delish! Thanks for sharing :)

No worries! I love sharing nice food :) x
