Lovely Leanne's Loser Diary!

First weigh in this morning and...4lb loss :) I am rather pleased with this and think it's a pretty decent start to things. Would love to lose at least 3lb this week to take me into the 14's - that would be awesome!!!

It's not been all that hard to stick to being healthy and I've been pretty motivated. I drank quite a bit at the weekend which I know isn't great for weight loss, but my philosophy is that if you can't enjoy life then whether fat por thin, there is just no point in it! So, I'll continue to have nights out, eat at restaurants and sometimes reach for the odd 'unhealthy' item - because that is the only way to lose weight AND enjoy life at the same time :)
