Red Days Loving Red Days!

A few people may know from previous posts i changed from green to red. The reason i chose to do this is all the carbs on green really made me crave sugary foods and even more carbs.

Now im doing red im not thinking about food much at all, which is fab as on green alls i did was think about food and eating chocolate!

Ordered my weekly asda shop earler tonight, got lots of meats. Here are a few of my meal ideas for the weak ahead, totally diff for what i normally eat so hoping it boosts my weightloss.

* King prawn stirfry (free)
* Marinated chicken kebabs with peppers,mushroom and onion on sqewers all on a bed of salad with natural yogurt and mint sauce
* Gammon, egg and side salad with new potatos (B)
*Roast Pork dinner with lots of veg and new potatos (B)
*Quorn sausage and lean bacon butty
*Slimming world grill up

Cant wait to get stuck in, the change will be lovely!:D

Have a good week - I really must start meal planning too! And I must do red days, I too seem to crumble to carb cravings at the first whiff of spaghetti!
