Hi, this is my 2nd time on CD & i'm on day 1 & i know this wk is going to be hard but the thought that the cravings do pass is going to get me through this first week, last time i felt brill after about the first wk & remember thinking i dont need food & food is so over rated, it's quite empowering & even felt full of energy where as usually i'm tired most of the time,
