Low cal sausages

we have a local butchers (in cheshire) called muffs that do syn free sausages. they are completely free on slimming world! they do loads of different flavours too! my favourites are the chilli sausgaes and the pork & leek sausages. they have an online site where you can order them too. just google MUFFS BUTCHERS, BROMBOROUGH.

I love the Tesco Free From Sausages - they are a decent size sausage and really nice and meaty - my youngest DD was wheat free so thats how we stumbled across them - when you grill them no fat seems to come out of them at all - they are 110 cals and 8g fat per serving - doesnt say how much a serving is tho? Have to check the pack for that !! Here is a link

I tried the Morrison low cal sausages in a finger roll with tommy sauce. Lovely!!!

M & S Butchers Choice reduced fat sausages are 75 cals each. Very meaty and filling. One is enough.
