It's a good start.... I tend to have a reasonable loss week one and then it drops to 2 pounds a week but I can handle that. I have been eating a lot of eggs, a boiled egg for breakfast with a coffee (I tend to eat and go), mini egg quiches for lunch with a green salad and then chicken wrapped I bacon, beef burger, Thai green curry etc for dinner. I need to be able to eat the same as hubby for dinner otherwise I tend to fail so cooking things he likes but without the carb. Im Struggling to get the water down me though!!
We have our belated Honeymoon on April 20th and I'm hoping to see the 14s by then so in total 1 stone and a half. I would like 10 pounds for the month of March really!! Eeeek!!
