Can anyone please help me with suggestions?! I followed a low-carb programme a few years ago, but I can't remember what I was eating!

I need lunch suggestions (no microwave at work) and dinner options. The less salad and veg the better...;)

At the mo we do lots with chicken breasts, white fish and spices, but need some new menu ideas. Can also take a protein shake. Been meaning to start this for ages but still haven't got around to it!!

Hope you can help! Think I am eating way too many carbs at the mo....

as long as you stay in your cal range it shouldnt really matter, its the good carbs you need :) xxx
