Have been LL for four months (lost 4 stone) but now am low carbing.
The other half has done the shopping this week and bless him has bought one or two things that are marked like this..
For this item: total carbs 45 of which are sugars 2.6.
He seems to be of the opinion as only 2.6 is sugars this is ok.....
I'm not so sure (i usually just eat directly off the plan so this type of thing has not cropped up before)
I have googled and there is a lot about fibre and carbs, but not this type of wording
Could someone fill me in??
