skip the cooking hon most of the good for you asda cakes are ace plus its easier to do portion control cause there in little cake slices the carrot ones are nice and so are the bakewells , i have a bit of a penchent for biscuits and they make a nice substitute. XXX

i havent tried them yet but i have just got myself some of WW carrot cakes ,they are only 0.8 % fat, and the morrisons lemon ones are only under 3%

i did make that cake that was fat free that i put the recipe on here in an earlier post , but i didnt have any dark brown sugar ,so rather than using 8 ounces of brown sugar, i used only 4 ounces of white sugar, it turned out ok and tasted rather nice so i think i will make it again .
