I use the anthony worrall book personally or just fish out "excuse the pun" the veggie ones in rick gallops book. I am veggie too.

l have been eating burgen bread as it is low g i but fancy something different is hovis or something like that ok

you can buy low gi bread, depends where you live, I live in the north west and 2 different bakers do a low gi loaf

Yes trisha you are right. Simmonds the bakers do one in my road and also percy ingles do. I forgot about that. Its extremely delicious!
