    Hi there,
Does anyone know how many sins per slice for the low low cheese slices, 8 in a pack, 20g a slice. I looked it up on the website and it says 3 syns, is that per slice or per pack.... thank you. Just seemed really high for 1 20g slice....

Sorry but it will be for one slice. And not really that high in syns. When you think about it you can have 2 slices as a HE and they are normally around 6 syns so it does add up right.

i know it depresses me how little cheese you can have !!, but then it almost all fat.

1oz (28g) of cheddar is 6 syns IIRC, so 3syns for a low fat 20g sounds about right.

ive found that if you get low fat grated cheese, you can have 50% more in your HEX A allowance, so you could have 42g of low fat cheese. and because its grated it goes further if your having it on a potato or pasta.
