LOW LOW CHEESE SPREAD?

Bought some with black pepper. It says it tastes great hot so am gonna "smam" some on a jacket potato, but what are the syns.
Don't know how much say a level tablespoon would be, or is it done by weight?

I have the chilli and red pepper one, its yummy on ryvita.
I need syns too
Also the plain mature one is great too.
Please help with syns if you can.

There are different sections for diaries which offer more privacy, mine is in the silver members section which needs 500 posts to view it
