low point hangover food please!

I just had a massive plate of brunch - grilled back bacon 1pt per rasher, poached eggs 2pts each, tinned toms and dry fried mushrooms 0 points.
 
I was feeling a little delicate too, I also managed to skip the takeaway but had way too much white wine. I resisted the fry up and instead had a some fat free greek yoghurt with a banana.
 
I just had toast with Jam ... i was going to have a sausage sandwich!!! Perfect breakfast after the night before! ;)

You couldn't ahve been that bad, if you remembered you'd made a date. LOL. I swear by grill up, to make me feel better, 1000mg vit C tablet in a pint of water, then banana for potassium. Then some fresh air!!!
