I make my own sin free curry sauce, cut 2 large onions and throw them I. The frying pan with a table spoon of garam massala powder (or own choice of curry style powder), tsp chilli powder or fresh copped chilli and Ginger. Fry until onion is cooked and see through then add a tine of chopped tomatoes and half a carton of passata.
Then throw all into a blender and blitz until smooth, generally that's that, just add it back to pan and warm through, add some chicken or whatever you prefer.
