Low Syn Gravy ???

I have just bought a packet of Morrisons lamb and mint gravy mix does any one know the syn value,
100ml, 26cal, 0.5 protien, 5.8 carbs, trace fat, 0.4 sodium.
If you can help please do as guessing these things can often be the difference between losing a lb or not. Thanx x

Dont know the syn value but you can make your own low syn gravy just google jamie oliver onion gravy and substitute the butter for flora lighter than light, 1 teaspoon is 1.5 syns x

will be approx 1 syn for 100ml of the packet made up.

Anything with no free food allowance, you can use 1 syn = 20 calories to work out the total syns.

That is 1 teaspoon of the spread is 1.5 syns, if you use 2 to make it up then half of what you make is 1.5 syns as the other ingredients (onion, balsamic vinegar, stock cube) are all free! X
