LOW SYN MILK SHAKE?

Hi

I'm looking for a little help, DD is following the plan with me, but she absolutely loves milk shake!!

Because of her age, I don't measure her milk, but it's the nestle milk shake she mixes with it I worry about.

Does anyone know what the syns are for this & does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative?

Can you blend fresh fruit with the milk or does that count as syns as well?

Yes fruit does need to be syned, but it's got to be better than she other sugar filled stuff. Could make it up with her & leave it in the fridge.

For the person who asked, DD is 10, a little young I know, but she could do with losing the weight now before she goes to secondary school...kids can be so cruel!! Don't limit her milk or HEB's, just the green/red & SYNS.

sugar free crusha milkshake syrup is free on both days ....just use your milk as an 'a' choice.
