Low syn stir fry sauce

Hi

I'm looking to do a throw everything stirfry tonight for dinner, but need to use a few syns so thought I would treat myself to a nice sauce.

Any recomendations?? Ready to go sauces would be great!!

Sorry, I never use ready made sauces. There are a few here if you do a search or maybe look in the syn values forum for the syns on ready to use sauces. I seem to remember blue dragon sachets being mentioned recently as being fairly reasonable

I have tried the blue dragon sauces once and it was ok, although i tend to try to make things from scratch myself. For stirfry, i tend to enjoy soy sauce, honey (2 syns) with some chopped ginger, garlic and chilli. Yum xx

theys a recipe on the slimming world website for beef stir fry and thats from scratch - you can even make egg fried rice from scratch - that should be on there too xx I'm making this next thursday for me, my partner and my mum so I'll have to keep you posted. Looking forward to the egg fried rice as I'm big fan of it and havent touched since I started hehe
