LPV's Road to Target!

Hello all, thought I would start a new diary. This week I am totally back on track and ready to get to target. I have about 12.5lbs and 8 weeks to do it. Sounds do able but the 10s have become a curse and I have been stuck there since September!

So today......
Breakfast: Apple
Snack: 2xDigestive biscuits
Dinner: Left over stew, new potatoes, chicken, peas, carrots, green beans, baby corn, broccoli, chicken stock.
Tea: I am making Chicken Jambaya from the SW website and Chicken Samosas (my own recipe) 3syns.
HexB:Hifi

Exercise:2.5 walk to work and hopefully will do kettlebell training later!
 
No breakfast as i couldn't get off the bed!
Dinner:Chinese chicken and sweetcorn soup.
Snack: hifi bar
Tea: gunna make the stir fry with the zero fanta sauce
 
Jillian Michaels shred it with weights day 6 done :)
Beans on toast for brunch with todays cheese on top.
Massive Sunday dinner for dinner yum yum.
Might try do some zumba or yoga tonight too
 
Dinner/tea: Sunday dinner nomnom....chicken,roasties,peas,carrots,baby corn, green beans, broccoli n stuffing.
Mmmmmmmm I love sundays :)
 
My hubby to be got me a boudoir make over and photo shoot for Christmas (think it's more a pressi for him lol) n no way am I getting my bid out till the flabby bits have gone so I have upped the body magic and dug Jillian Michaels dvd s back out!!

Ha ha! I think you are right to be suspicious, lol! However, he must have full confidence in your new body and wants you to show it off :D Even if it will be a 'private' showing ;)

You're doing fab hun - keep up the great work!!!
 
1 hour zumba done and no snacking today. Feel good for weigh in tomorrow.
Will hopefully balance out the fluke loss last week after the rubbish week I had!
 
Weigh in 1 today of my road to target. Hoping for a sts. I lost last week when really I should have gained or stayed the same so hoping my super duper good week has made up for it :)
 
Was a little bit upset yesterday,so didn't stick to plan much. Back on it today tho!
Breakfast: hifi bar and a bag if grapes
Dinner: pasta with tomato sauce and quorn sausages and chicken
Tea: Hunters chicken, baby pots and veg :-D

Also 1 mile walk, 2 hours yoga, 30mins kettlebells x
 
Still on it today!
Walked 2.5 miles to work.
Breakfast:Grapes
Dinner:Made a massive batch of superspeed soup last night so got that and some dreaded scanbran!
Tea: Got a stew in the slow cooker. Yumyum
