Day 39 - Saturday 13th August 2016
Glad that I'm waking up to a loss every morning but now I know not to get too disheartened when I STS or gain because it's just temporary and I'm still losing fat even if the scales aren't showing it! Another 100% day, drank 2L of water plus the milkshakes. I stayed up until 2am last night so that I could let my nephew in from the festival, I'll probably have to do the same tonight as well, at least that will give me a chance to drink more water.
Worked all day, didn't really do much else. Haven't seen my boyfriend for a while because he's been working all the time so hoping that I can see him soon.

Day 5 has been a killer, iv been thinking of giving up (not going to) but the cravings for food are ridiculously high. I'm sure seeing the first weeks loss will spur me on...just got to get to Monday evening!
