Not enough water drank today. Busy day at work. Must try harder to drink water!

A little annoyed today. My friend started weight watchers the same time as me. I've not cheated once (not gone over my weeklies or dailies) but she has lost more weight than me even though she has cheated a good few times. Have I got a slower metabolism? or am I not drinking enough water? Frustrating but I suppose everyone is different. She is a vegetarian so I'm wondering if that makes a difference. Oh well, I just hope I lose this week too
