    Ok probably not a good day to post seeing as Im eating out but here goes:

    Friday 15th February

    B:
    Porridge (with water) 3.5
    Apple Juice 1

    S:
    Small Banana 1

    L:
    Lettuce, onion, peppers, carrot 0
    Slice of ham 2
    LF Mayo 1
    2 slices of brown bread 2
    A scrape of butter 0.5

    D:
    Chicken Szechwan 4
    Half of boiled rice 3.5
    Chicken and Sweetcorn soup 2.5
    2 glasses of wine 4


    Total used 25

    Over by 2 but saved 4.5 from yesterday

    Wednesday - 09th July

    Breakfast:
    2 weetabix 2pts
    skimmed milk 1pt
    canderel (havent pointed this???)
    2 mandarin oranges 1pt

    Snack:
    Apple 0.5pts

    Lunch:
    6 Melba toast 1pt
    Salad 0pts
    Tuna 2.5pts
    2 scoops low fat mayo 2pts
    LF Yoghurt 1pt

    Dinner:
    Chicken fillet 2.5pts
    Veg 0pts
    Straight to wok noodles 3.5pts
    Sauce 1pt

    Snack:
    ww bar 1.5pts
    Merangue 1pt


    Total used: 20.5
    Total saved: 2.5

    Total saved for week 2.5

    I dont plan on using my bonus points any day unless I have to!

    Special K honey & oats cereal (50g) 2pts
    Skimmed milk 1.5pts (to include milk for the day)
    1 plum 0.5pt

    Snack:
    Apple 0.5pts

    Lunch:
    2 slices low cal ham 1pts
    2 slices ww brown bread 1pt
    30g garlic low fat philadelphia 2pts
    Salad 0pts
    LF Yoghurt 1pt

    Snack:
    Special K choc bites 1.5pts


    Dinner:

    Chicken fillet 2.5pts
    Veg 0pts
    60g pasta 3pts
    ww Sauce 1pt

    Snack:
    Popcorn 2.5pts
    Merangue 1pt
    2 mikado biscuits 2pts

    Satsuma 0.5pts
