    hiya

    Thought I would start myself one of these so i can monitor my feelings and also I can put down somewhere as to why im hungry when i have just eaten.

    I hope that you guys will input as well and help me with my weight loss journey. :D

    So a little bit of background of me:

    I am 25 and live in glasgow with my partner of 7 years and our daughter lucy who is 19months old. I currently work for NHS24 and i am also a student nurse (nothing like being busy lol).

    I decided to diet when i stepped on the scales and seen 14st 1lb, i got the fright of my life having always been a size 10 and size 16's were starting to get tight on me. Also i think i could no longer say that its the baby weight considering she is now a fully fledged toddler and cheeky monkey lol.

    So here i am 1 week into my Weight watchers journey and 4.5lbs down, so i am very pleased with this.

    anyway onwards and downwards :D

    oh my, i was so looking forward to that chinese and as per usual its never as good as what you think, well that and the fact that i could only eat about 10 spoonfuls of rice lol

    oh well thats treat night over and cant help feeling a bit hard done by but never mind the wine was good lol

    i also had a sneaky jump on the scales this morning and it would seem im 1lb lighter already, so just need to keep going and keep off the scales

    i have a party tonight to go to, but will be on the diet coke and hiding from the buffet hehe

    so im hoping for another good healthy loss this week

    well having a crazy weekend, been on plan tho but starting to feel peckish now so need to dig out some tasty low point foods me thinks

    well its monday again and i just dont know what to have for brekkie - think i will have some cereal.

    where did all the sun go?? its so cold here in glasgow - actually have my heating back on.

    good morning, yes we had heating on this morning too-in june!! cant beleive it.
    I didnt like the ww wine at all,but half a bottle ordinary is only 4 points so easy to accomodate!!

    i ended up with the kellogs special K Sustain, really like this, very yummy and filling like it says.

    im also addicted to pita pizza's lol, had one for my lunch today but had run out of ham so had to go vegi, made some WW oven chips with it.

    OOOOOOOOOOh love the carrot cake as well lol

    ok thats enough talking of food hehe making myself hungry and im in work and my tea break isnt till 7pm. You got to love evenings and weekends

    Carrot cake is Yum,but asda do one thats just as nice , cheaper and 1 point each!!
    havent tried a pitta pizza but you've got me thinking now!!

    do you like quorn? they do a cottage pie which is lovely and lower points as well-can you tell i've been doing this for ages!!
