    Diet:
    slim and save
    Tomorrow = 1st day = EE Day

    A: Milk
    B: 2 x Alpen Lights

    Brekkie: fruit and muller light

    Snack: alpen light

    Lunch: Couscous (1syns), chicken, lettuce, onion, red pepper, cucumber

    Snack: alpen light

    Dinner: Stew with onion, mushrooms, leeks,pots and gravy (2yns) and a side of cabbage

    8/10sysn
    may have more on the day tho :) - have added 2 x small vodka (for drinking with the footy)

    Snack: Aplen Light

    Lunch: 3 x Mini Quiche (these are actually quite big tho) 1 syns = 1/2 pack of mac n cheese batchelors pasta with mushrooms, onions, peppers, shredded cabbage, egg, low fat cottage cheese and chicken

    Snack: alpen light

    Dinner: Pasta with haddock in lemon and chive butter with aspargus = 4syns

    total: 5/10syns
