Lunch Ideas??

    I've started the diet this week. It seems to be going well, but I have the week off so planning meals has been easy. However, on monday i go back to work, as does my partner who is doing the diet with me. What do people do for lunches when they are at work? Does anyone have any nice meal ideas that could preferably be prepared the night before? :rolleyes: (I follow red and green days)

    any kind of salad depending what day you are on...green salad, couscous, rice, pasta...chick peas...otherwise sandwiches with allowed fillings provided that you want to use a b choice on bread. If you have flasks you can take homemade soups, or if you have access to a mug and hot water then there are certain mugshots that are free on green days :) HTH

    I usually take leftovers or prepare the night before!

    Some examples of what I take for lunch (Mostly syn free on EE);
    Leftover chilli and rice.
    Pasta n Sauce
    Leftover Spag Bol
    Leftover Stirfry
    JP with tuna and salad. (Cook JP in oven night before then reheat in microwave)
    SW mini quiches and salad.
    Homemade soup.

    If i'm desperate and I haven't prepared anything I sometimes just grab some ham and 3 mini babybel lights to have with some salad!

    Loads of things you can do!!
