    Hey everyone :)

Just found out I will be accompanying a school trip tomorrow and the alarms bells went off. What am I gonna do for lunch without a fridge or a microwave lol

Normally I have loads of fruit and home made soup or else a baked potato.

    All ideas welcome :)

I was making duck & hoisin pancakes (the chinese type) yesterday and it gave me the idea to use the pancakes (1 syn each) for other fillings such as tuna/veg/Hellmans XL/sweet chilli sauce or coronation chicken! A lovely light alternative to sandwiches or tortilla wraps! You could make your own falafels and syn free onion baajis and don't forget you can now have an Asda wholemeal pitta as a HEXb and can do all sorts with that!X
